Born in 1975, the product of two beautiful parents. Raised in West Baltimore—not quite The Wire, but sometimes ill all the same. Studied at the Mecca for some years in the mid-’90s. Emerged with a purpose, if not a degree. Slowly migrated up the East Coast with a baby and my beloved, until I reached the shores of Harlem. Wrote some stuff along the way.

I think I'm the only dude in America who didn't like The Hangover. I finally saw it last week, and just couldn't get into it. Maybe it was because of all the hype around it. I just never really believed that they were friends, not did I think the dudes had much comic synergy. (Though I love Ed Helms.) I felt like I was watching a series of set pieces, instead of a coherent thing.
