While we're at it...a great trailer for the Numero Group's upcoming/deluxe/highly recommended Light: On the South Side collection-slash-Michael Abramson photo book of 1970s Chicago soul. The Numero Group has been my favorite label, reissue or otherwise, for a few years now--and they just keep getting better. Also just announced: the Eccentric Soul Revue, a fall tour of Numero-reissued acts through the Midwest and East Coast.
