Andrew has a rather amazing chart up. Nate thinks that the fact that so many GOP Senators with relatively high Hispanic populations are voting no is a fluke. Possibly. But it also could be that a substantial Hispanic community, but not majority, provides breeding ground for Minute Men-types. We saw this with black voters and Barack Obama, last year.
