Neda's Nobel

In which Fallows reveals that Nobels cannot be given posthumously and that the Dish can get things as wrong as the Washington Post, which is somewhat distressing. Still, we did recommend Mousavi and Karroubi for the prize as well, both of whom would have been eligible.
