Michael Jackson's Death Ruled a Homicide

The Daily News reports.

A search warrant of his doctor's office revealed Monday what had long been suspected - that Jackson was given "lethal levels" of a dangerous anesthetic.

This seems like a mighty odd ruling to me. Are dealers also liable when people OD?
