Consider me highly skeptical of the reports that foreign security forces are at work in Iran.  The fact that Ansar-e Hizbullah is reportedly involved actually weighs against this, not for it ... Rumors of foreign involvement are common in civil conflicts, always on the other side of whatever person is claiming the involvement.
