Nico translates:

The crowd is chanting a slogan we've heard before, "Ya Hossein! Mir Hossein!" The first section, a reader notes, means, "'Hossein help me' - Hossein is the son of Imam Ali, and the grandson of Prophet Mohammed." The second section, Mir Hossein, is of course the first part of Mir Hossein Mousavi's name.
