How to describe Cheney with a movie character? Palpatine, definitely. I keep thinking of the scene at the beginning of Star Wars-Episode One where the trade federation minion asks “Is that legal?” and Palpatine sneers back at him: “I will MAKE it legal!” Sound familiar?
