Another Litmus Test

This time, it's on the right and abortion. Steele has done it again:

"Michael Steele has just unmistakably proclaimed himself to be pro-choice," she said in an email. "You thought he was "embattled" last week over his Limbaugh comment? Ha. He has now stepped both feet into it."

He has now done the familiar back-track. Some are trying to figure out what's going on. My own sense is that Steele is simply not up to the basic competence required of the job he has.
