Just one data point: the Dish has never seen traffic like the past three days. Never. Yes, we're in peak campaign season: high noon, as it were. But the Palin pick just set the Internets alight. Why? Because we don't know much about her yet ... and the truth is out there. Before waiting for traditional media, people are eager for information in real time, and to debate this in real time, in ways never before possible in an election campaign. This campaign has already seen a new level of power for the web. But this crazy veep pick seemed to put it in overdrive.
