Biking In DC

A DC cyclist killed by a garbage truck has sparked the perennial car vs. bike debate. I agree with J.P. Friere. Car-drivers in DC simply treat cyclists as if they have no right to be on the road. I was run down by a car as I was slowly riding my bike across a pedestrian crossing on Florida Avenue once. Tyler Cowen argues in favor of cars. Megan takes the side of bicyclists. I've written about biking in DC before.
