The HIV Ban: Update

Here's the latest: PEPFAR is tangled in legislative politicking, but there's some hope that a compromise could be achieved in the next couple of weeks. There's a bipartisan consensus on removing the anachronistic Helms era ban on HIV-positive visitors, tourists and immigrants - but other issues are stalling the bill.
