A reader writes:

I know that the poll results are currently running 60-40 against comments. But, you haven't let Ohio, Texas, and Rhode Island weigh in on this issue yet.



Moreover, some of those poll result "Nos" came from states like Utah, Idaho, and Montana -- states that don't count. Some of the "Nos" came from Louisiana, Georgia, and South Carolina where there are lots of African-Americans so that was not fair. Plus, I heard that Jesse Jackson, Louis Farrakhan, and Osama bin Laden also voted "No."

On top of it, the Yes" votes have won in California, New York, New Jersey, and Arkansas -- states that really matter.

It's 3am -- don't you trust the "Yes" to keep you safe?
