Be Kind Rewind

I fully expect that Be Kind Rewind will be the best movie of 2008 and possibly the best movie of the decade. Leaving aside a stellar cast that includes Mia Farrow, screen legend and crusading bohemian supermom, the movie is at its heart about the importance of a free culture, and of actively producing rather than just passively consuming. Don't believe me? It's all in the trailer, fools. Check out 1:44 to to 2:03 and you'll catch my drift.

P.S.- Joe Carter accuses me of turning white. All I'll say is that I'm browner than a bowler hat.
