A large majority believes the bleeding obvious. A smaller majority thinks the US should not torture. My own view at this point is that the Congress should debate whether to remain a party to the Geneva Conventions or not. We can withdraw from treaties if we want to. So let's debate it, shall we? And let the Congress decide, as it is constitutionally empowered to do.
