Htet Zaw, 35, a Burmese journalist who was an activist and a dissident writer during last month's pro-democracy protests poses in a safe house October 30, 2007 in Mae Sot, Thailand. Htet Zaw was on the run and eventually made it over the border three weeks ago to Thailand without getting arrested.
