What Is the Bush Veto Really About?

Read Marty Lederman's analysis. Better still, read the actual bill for funding the troops in Iraq that Bush will veto. I'd happily vote for it. It's not micro-managing the troops. It's a very modest attempt to require minimalist accountability from the president on the progress in the Iraq war.
