Commercial Real Estate Prices Hit New Recession Low

With all the talk of housing market problems lately, it's important not to forget the other real estate market. Unfortunately, commercial real estate isn't faring much better. CRE prices hit a new recession low in August, down 3.3%, according to Moody's. Here's the Moody's chart via Jason Philyaw at HousingWire:
