Why Not Print the Bill of Rights on the Dollar Bill?

While I know next to nothing about minting logistics, counterfeit technology, or currency law, allow me to say that I think these greenback re-imaginings for the Dollar ReDe$ign Competition are inspired.
I thoroughly support the idea of using various dollar denominations as civics flashcards. We have quarters for every state. Why not nickels for every amendment, dimes for every Supreme Court Chief Justice, and pennies for every president?
