PNM Resources, a New Mexico utility holding company, is withdrawing from the United States Chamber of Commerce due to disagreements with the group's climate stance, the company said on Thursday.

The announcement comes less than a week after a similar move by Pacific Gas & Electric, a major California utility, which also cited climate differences when announcing its withdrawal from the Chamber on Tuesday.
