The Atlantic will process any notice of alleged copyright infringement which it receives and will take appropriate action pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 USC § 512(c)(3) ("DMCA") and other applicable intellectual property laws. Any personal information you provide in your DMCA notice will be used only for purposes related to your allegations of copyright infringement.
